CMA reports help sellers set listing prices for their homes and less commonly, to help buyers make competitive offers. Real estate agents use this method to give an unbiased estimate or opinion of the market value of a property. This is usually something that is quickly done and based on the basic facts of numbers & Stats on MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
